- We hold an initial meeting to discuss your requirements. This will include questions about your business processes, your current position and what you want to improve.
Plan the delivery
- We create a Recommendations Document that outlines ways to achieve the results you want, as well as the costs involved in undertaking them.
- We present this to you and finalise anything that needs clarification.
Develop the solution
- We can develop the system we have recommended for you, or you can take our Recommendations Document to another company to implement the solutions.
Continued support
- Once the project is completed, you’ll receive our “Project Completion Pack”. It reminds you of your login details, outlines the costs and process for ongoing support and maintenance and includes links to useful sites.
- We are always here to advise you on improvements or new online projects.
