eCart processBeing as client-focused as we are, we’ve recognised whilst every project is different there is a general process that we can follow when setting up an eCart. Here's what you can expect to happen.

 

Here's what you can expect

Understand your business

  • We hold an initial meeting to discuss your requirements. This will include questions about your sales goals, your reason for going online, your shipping plans, your products, your expectations and your current position.

Plan the delivery

  • We write a proposal that outlines our recommendations and costs, based on the discussions we have had with you.
  • The proposal will also outline any important questions that have not yet been clarified.

Develop the solution

  • We set up the eCart and build any customised modules you have requested.
  • If you have chosen to take advantage of our product upload service, we will insert the products for you.
  • We help you set up an online merchant agreement with your bank, and we coach you in how to negotiate a great deal with your bank for transaction fees. We keep a watchful eye to make sure you don't get ripped off.
  • We set up the payment gateway and test the system extensively.

Continued support

  • Once the project is completed, you'll receive our "Project Completion Pack". It reminds you of your login details and the location of your eCart, outlines the costs and process for ongoing support and maintenance and includes help notes for the eCart.
  • We are always here to advise you on improvements or new online projects.
  • It doesn't end here we'll be around to help you out when you need it.
