Here's what you can expect
Understand your business
- We hold an initial meeting to discuss your requirements. This will include questions about your business processes and your billing, security and backup requirements.
Plan the delivery
- We create a specifications document that explains the changes we will make to suit your needs.
- We present this to you and finalise anything that needs clarification.
Develop the solution
- We make the necessary changes to the system and set it up for your staff to use.
Continued support
- Once the project is completed, you’ll receive our “Project Completion Pack”. It reminds you of your login details, outlines the costs and process for ongoing support and maintenance and includes links to useful help sites.
- We are always here to advise you on improvements or new online projects.
- It doesn't end here we'll be around to help you out when you need it.
