Here's what you can expect
Understand your business
- We hold an initial meeting to discuss your requirements. This will include questions about your goals, your reason for wanting to use SharePoint, your expectations and your current processes.
Plan the delivery
- We then give you a SharePoint Implementation Plan that explains how you can achieve your desires. It includes our advice on setting up member access, permissions, sites and sub-sites, the Information Architecture, security, backup procedures and which tools are best suited to the various functions you want.
Develop the solution
- You can either take the plan to your IT department and have them implement it, or you can enlist our help in setting it up according to the Implementation Plan.
- Set up involves installing SharePoint on your server and putting security in place, before creating the sites and workspaces that we have recommended for you.
Continued support
- Once the project is completed, you'll receive our “Project Completion Pack”. It reminds you of your login details, outlines the costs and process for ongoing support and maintenance and includes links to useful help sites.
- We are always here to advise you on improvements or new online projects.
