Our recipe for success
Being as client-focused as we are, we have recognised that every project is different in some way. However, there is a general process that we follow in creating a website on the edukaCMS. Here's what you can expect to happen.
Here's what you can expect
Understand your business
- We hold an initial meeting to discuss your requirements. This will include questions about your target audience, your goals, your expectations and your current position.
Plan the delivery
- We write a proposal that outlines our recommendations and costs.
- Usually we include different options that range in price, and our opinion on which option is best for you.
Develop the solution
- A design is created and refined to compliment your existing brand, edukaCMS is set up and any customised modules you have requested are built.
- If you are writing the content yourself, the final invoice will be sent to you when the site is ready for content insertion.
- If you have asked our content writing experts to create the content for you, we will insert it. (It's worth noting that this is usually a much faster option, and in the long run it usually ends up being cheaper.)
- While all of this is happening, you can view the progress on our development server.
Continued support
- When the project is finished you'll receive our "Project Completion Pack". It contains your login details, the costs and process for ongoing support and maintenance, and edukaCMS help notes.
- We'll be here to help you out when you need it.
