Whilst our systems are fantastic, they’re not always infallible. Sometimes things can go wrong. If you’ve come across a problem, please fill in as much information on the form on the footer as you possibly can. It will help us understand what might be causing the problem and how to fix it for you quickly.
We don’t charge for fixing errors, but if it’s something featured on our FAQs page we will make comments about you to each other in the office.
We also hold full logs of all activity that occurs on our servers and have a tool that can read the SQL transaction logs as well. So if something just does not feel right and you want us to investigate just let us know. We will check and let you know what we believe is going on.
