Training
eVO is so simple to use that we’ve never actually conducted a training session. Our clients usually just say "oh it’s ok, I checked out the demo and I get it".
However, if you have a lot of people who will be using the system, or if you have people in your team who aren’t computer literate, we can train your staff for you.
Training is billed at our standard hourly rate and we do charge for travel time.
A typical training session will teach you:
- An overview of the system
- How to add timesheets
- How to use the system’s invoice tracking features
- How to manage clients, projects, tasks and users
- How to run reports to assist you with billing and tracking staff hours
- How to use any custom modules that your system has

Questions / Errors
It’s a sad fact of life that nothing is infallible. Even our expertly built systems do have problems sometimes. Check our FAQ page for questions that have simple solutions, or if you’re sure it really is a problem with the system, tell us about it.
Remember to include as much information as you can, including the URL for the page you found the error on.
