Whilst we don’t have the answer for everything, some things are easy to fix – here are a few things you can try.
Q The system I’m using isn’t working as it should
A The browser you are running can impair the functionality of the system. Internet Explorer 6.0 is especially problematic and we recommend that you upgrade to a later browser version. Check that you are not using Internet Explorer 6.0 by:
- Opening the browser
- Going to "Help" and selecting "About"
- Checking the browser version number in the about screen.

Q Why doesn’t my text look the same as Word?
A Microsoft Word and other writing tools use their own unique formatting information that does not work on the web. We recommend using the ‘Paste from word’ or ‘Paste as plain text’ button when pasting in text. Consult the edukaCMS manual for further instruction.
