In the old days, a website had to be managed by a technical person. As you know, that’s no longer the case. The eCart makes it easy for you to keep the products on your site up to date all the time. Unfortunately this also means that you need to learn a few things.

eCart Manual
Every eCart system is different, so there is no single manual that will cover your specific site. Instead, we offer a "base system" manual which, combined with your training session, is usually all you will need.

eCart Training
The eCart comes with one hour of training, which is always enough to get you going. However, if you want to train more staff members, or if someone new is taking over the website, you might want another session.
Training is billed at our standard hourly rate and we do charge for travel time, so if you come to us it’ll cost you less.
A typical training session will teach you:
- How to create product images that are suitable for the web
- How to add, edit and delete products
- How to manage product categories and images
- How to manage shipping costs
- How to manage any custom areas we’ve built for you, such as promo pricing
