CMS Support
In the old days, a website had to be managed by a technical person. As you know, that's no longer the case. The edukaCMS makes it easy for you to keep your site up to date all the time. Unfortunately this also means that you need to learn a few things so you don't stuff it up.
To find out how to do things like create images and optimise your site for search engines, visit our web workshops section.
CMS manual
The edukaCMS help manual contains information on how to do anything on the CMS. We want to help you avoid paying unnecessary support costs, so we've provided it here for you to download.
Don't forget, you can also click the "help" button on the CMS menu.

CMS Training
The edukaCMS comes with one hour of training, which is always enough to get you going. However, if you want to train more staff members, or if someone new is taking over the website, you might want another session.
Training is billed at our standard hourly rate and we do charge for travel time, so if you come to us it'll cost you less.
A typical training session will teach you:
- How to add, edit and delete pages and news items
- How to manage the site's menu structure
- How to insert images, links and PDFs
- How to ensure that your code is standards compliant
- How to make sure that your site is optimised for search engines
- How to use any custom modules that your site has
- How to use the help

Questions / Errors
It's a sad fact of life that nothing is infallible. Even our expertly built systems do have problems sometimes. Check our FAQ page for questions that have simple solutions, or if you're sure it really is a problem with the system, tell us about it.
Remember to include as much information as you can, including the URL for the page you found the error on.
