Quick one-two scores a win for Perth Glory

Eduka partners Antenna business development recently enlisted our services that put our rapid development methodology and agile programming skills to the test. 

Our brief was to replace the current Ticketmaster Architect Ticketing System (Archtics) with a system that could handle the Perth Glory members' database, seat reservations and CRM.

The system basically looks after seating allocation for members and allows for reserving and payment of seats, the stadium is drawn within the application giving a visual feel of where the seats are in the stadium.  The user can zoom into various areas of the stadium and the application will let them know what kind of a seat it is.

It is a thick app built using C++ on the .NET framework and in future it may be an online offering using Flash.  It uses the click once technology – meaning updates to the software are pushed to the client from a web server.  The application allows multiple clients at different locations whilst maintaining tight security.  It also integrates to the Commonwealth Bank POS system and to Ticket Master 7.
